Terms of service governing the usage of Cloudenza cloud hosting services and infrastructure.
1. Service Agreement
By purchasing or using Cloudenza web hosting services, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this agreement. Cloudenza provides cloud hosting resources under the terms of your selected lifetime or monthly subscription package.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Subscribers must not utilize Cloudenza infrastructure for malicious activities including hosting malware, phishing, sending unsolicited spam, conducting unauthorized port scanning, or violating intellectual property rights.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Cloudenza guarantees a 99.99% network and power availability SLA. In the rare event of unscheduled downtime exceeding our SLA, impacted accounts are eligible for service credits as defined in our infrastructure policy.
4. Lifetime Hosting Guarantees
Lifetime hosting packages provide server resource allocation for the operational life of the platform without recurring subscription fees, subject to standard resource usage policies.
